We’re excited to announce a return to our home of 16 years, the newly renovated Airtel Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in the easy to access city of Van Nuys, California.
To celebrate our return, and help everyone to be able to participate, we’ve cut our prices for open floor spaces as low as possible.
Secure a a 6’ table or two in the ballroom for just $200. each total both days. This includes
2 chairs and electrical access.
Parking is free on the hotel lot.
PRIVATE ground floor DEMO/SLEEPING ROOMS are only $149.+tax per night. Book them directly with the hotel 1 800 2-AIRTEL If you want beds removed a charge of $129. (10 day advance notice) There is a $140. administration fee to have your demo room listed as an exhibitor in this event. (payable to Loni Specter Productions).

Load in is 8:AM and doors open at 11:AM and runs until 5:PM load out Sunday evening.
